Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for dental examinations
Prepare dental instruments and filling materials
Maintain and order supplies
Educate patients concerning oral hygiene
Schedule and confirm appointments
Take and develop X-rays
Implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate records
Coordinate patient care
Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team
Assist in the preparation and administration of examinations

Required Credentials:
The National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB), Certified/Registered Dental Assistant, licensed withe the NSRDDA.
