We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established Bedford team. This position can be structured as 3 or 4 days per week, allowing us some flexibility in finding the right fit for both the candidate and the practice.

Compensation

We know compensation matters, and we offer options.

We provide a competitive hourly rate, or for hygienists who prefer a compensation model that rewards productivity, we also offer a commission-based option.

The commission model can be particularly attractive for an experienced hygienist who is comfortable managing a productive hygiene schedule and would like the opportunity for their compensation to reflect that.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a stable, experienced and supportive dental team and provide great care to a well-established patient base.
