Our busy, patient-focused dental clinic is expanding! Due to continued growth in our practice, we are excited to add a Dental Receptionist to our team.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, enjoys helping people, and contributes positively to a supportive team atmosphere.

Experience in a dental office is not required.
Candidates with strong customer service backgrounds—especially from hotels, restaurants, or hospitality environments—are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage scheduling and appointment coordination
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Support front desk operations and clinic flow
• Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
