Office Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, No evenings or weekends!

We are a patient-focused dental practice in Port Williams, Nova Scotia dedicated to providing high-quality care in a warm, supportive environment. Our team works collaboratively to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care, and we are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice. Key Responsibilities:
● Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
● Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and risk assessments
● Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
● Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care
● Ensure patient comfort during hygiene procedures by providing a calm, gentle, and caring experience
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
● Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
● Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes
Qualifications:
● Must be a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Nova Scotia
● Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, equipment, and sterilization practices
● Excellent communication and patient education skills
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
● Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
● Experience in a dental practice setting is preferred but not required
