Daybreak Orthodontics is a busy, team-focused orthodontic practice in West Bedford. Our philosophy is simple: every day better, for our patients and our team. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to keep our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes and on the floor.

The role
You’ll be the backbone of our clinical flow, owning sterilization and keeping chairs turned over so our doctor and clinicians can stay focused on patients. No previous dental experience required. We’ll train the right person.

What you’ll do

• Process, clean, sterilize, and package instruments following IPAC and manufacturer guidelines
• Run and monitor autoclaves and ultrasonic units, and keep sterilization logs and spore-test records
• Turn over clinical chairs between patients by breaking down, disinfecting, and setting up trays and bays
• Keep operatories, the lab, and the sterilization centre stocked, clean, and organized
• Track supply levels and flag reorders
• Support the clinical team with float duties as the schedule demands
• Help with basic lab tasks such as trained

What we’re looking for

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness
• Comfortable on your feet and working at a quick pace
• Dependable and punctual, a true team player
• Able to take direction and follow protocols consistently
• Previous experience in dental, medical, lab, or another sterilization setting is an asset
• A current CPR certificate is an asset or must be obtained after hire
