Gillis Dental Implants is seeking a permanent full-time Dental Receptionist. You would be joining a single provider practice with a small team.

One doctor means one schedule to manage (Abel). The clinic is spacious and modern, and the practice is referral-based, so the day is built around planned appointments rather than a waiting room that never empties. Hours are 8:00 to 4:30, Monday to Friday. No evenings, no weekends.

The person at the front desk sets the tone for the whole visit. We are looking for someone who is warm and an effective communicator, organized and accurate with paperwork, and interested in learning the clinical side of what we do. We train on the job and there is plenty here to learn.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet patients
• Answer the phone, manage email, and call referred patients
• Manage bookings
• Collect payment at the time of service
• Help patients submit insurance claims and
• Treatment planning and predeterminations
• Handle incoming mail and outgoing lab work
• Other administrative support as needed

What we are looking for:

• At least one year in dental or medical administration is an asset, though we will train the right person
• Solid computer skills and accurate data entry
• Close attention to detail
• Someone who picks up new systems quickly
• Comfortable working on your own and with the team
