We are currently hiring for a July 2026 opening.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive patient experience, ensure clinical efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance to dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring efficient workflow.

Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment before and after use in accordance with infection control and safety protocols.

Perform dental procedures, including X-rays, intraoral scanning, and other treatments as required.

Demonstrate knowledge of oral care procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Educate and support patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.

Demonstrate proficiency in dental assisting techniques, instrument handling, and infection control.

Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a clean, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment.

Assist with basic front desk or administrative tasks when needed to support clinic operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Program.

Registered and/or certified as a Registered Dental Assistant with the NSRDDA.

Must have proficiency with iTero and familiarity with digital workflows.

Knowledge of dental software systems is an asset.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
