Associate Dentist – Highland Dental Centre (New Glasgow, NS)

Highland Dental Centre is a well-established dental practice proudly serving the New Glasgow community in Nova Scotia for over 30 years. With approximately 5,600 active patients and more than 50 new patients joining the practice each month, the clinic offers immediate stability and strong production potential for an incoming Associate. Known for its trusted reputation and generational patient base, Highland Dental Centre provides a welcoming, family-focused environment where dentists can build lasting patient relationships while continuing to grow their clinical skills. With no local dental offices currently accepting new patients, demand for care remains exceptionally strong.
Schedule:
Full-time (Monday–Friday)
What We Offer:
Modern digital practice environment using ABELDent
8 operatories with potential for future expansion
Certified Dental Assistant support and a dedicated hygiene team (3 RDHs)
Active patient base of ~5,600 with 50+ new patients per month
DDS schedule currently booked out until Christmas
Pan/Ceph imaging, soft tissue laser, iTero scanner, and Nobel implant system
Basic in-house lab and nitrous oxide sedation available
Strong community reputation with over 30 years of service
