Area Managers – Alliance Dental Nova Scotia
Salary: $70,000 to $75,000, based on experience.
Alliance Dental is growing and we are looking for Area Managers to grow with us.
With clinics across Nova Scotia, we are continuing to strengthen our teams and help our offices run in a practical, people first way.
This role is hands on and team focused.
You will work directly with front desk teams, clinical staff, and providers to keep clinics running smoothly, manage day to day operations, and bring consistency across locations.
You will be backed by experienced leadership and work alongside a group that values collaboration and steady, thoughtful decision making.
What this role looks like
• Working closely with front desk and clinical teams across multiple clinics
• Keeping operations organized and running smoothly
• Working through day to day challenges with a calm, solutions focused approach
• Being a consistent, approachable presence within each clinic

Dental experience is important, but we would also consider candidates with a healthcare background and previous management experience for the right person.
