Join our Embrace Orthodontics team as an Orthodontic Dental Assistant running your own chair. Experience an asset but NOT required! If you’re new to orthodontics, this position offers you full training. We are a high-energy, fun-loving team of women that love what we do, and it shows.

What we have to offer:
• Generous Signing Bonus: Starting at $1,000+ to help with your transition.
• Flexible Hours: Alternating 3 day weekends, and short Fridays create a schedule that truly supports work/life balance, giving you more time to recharge and connect to the people and activities that mean the most to you. Weekly non-patient Mondays offers time to set up the week for success. Design your schedule with a minimum of 34 hours/week, up to 40 hours/week. This role follows a balanced clinical schedule:
Mon 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Non-patient day.
Tues & Thursday: 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Alternating Fridays OFF, if desired.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take Records: xrays, scanning, photos.
• Prepare patients for and perform orthodontic procedures.
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments.
• Keep accurate records of patient visits.
• Motivate patients to be compliant with all instructions.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
• RDA License with NSRDDA
• CPR/First Aid training
• Organized, and have excellent communication skills. They must also be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing quality dental care.
