Description
Daybreak Orthodontics is hiring an Administrative Coordinator. We’re looking for someone friendly, organized, and dependable—someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in delivering a great patient experience.
About the role
As our Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of the front-end operations of the practice—supporting patient flow, communication, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination so the team can stay focused and on time.
Key responsibilities
• Greet patients and families warmly and professionally
• Manage phone/email/text communications and patient requests
• Support scheduling and appointment coordination
• Assist with chart organization, scanning/document handling, and accurate data entry
• Help maintain a clean, organized front desk and smooth daily workflow
• Collaborate with the team to keep the clinic running efficiently
You’d be a great fit if you are
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Calm, friendly, and confident communicating with patients and families
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinical environment
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Dental/orthodontic admin experience is an asset, but not required—we can train the right person
