Description
Daybreak Orthodontics is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to cover a maternity leave (12 months), with a strong possibility of a long-term role for the right fit. We’re looking for someone warm, organized, and confident—someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing things properly.
About the role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our clinical team and patients—helping families understand treatment options, supporting case acceptance, and ensuring a smooth experience from consult to start.
Key responsibilities
• Welcome and guide new patients through consults and treatment discussions
• Present treatment plans, fees, and payment options clearly and confidently
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communication with families
• Support accurate documentation and workflow in our systems
• Collaborate closely with the orthodontist and team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

• Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable discussing fees and handling sensitive conversations with care
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Dental/orthodontic experience is an asset, but we’ll train the right person
